Community stewardship and philanthropy are core components of our company’s values. We commit 5% of our profits to our Future Faculty Grants Program. The goal of this program is to supplement the advanced training of promising post-baccalaureate students who intend to pursue careers in higher education. The grants consist of a one-time cash award to students and post-docs who are expecting to start their academic careers within the next twelve months.
